Every IV service requires a medical history review and approval by a doctor, including short-notice requests. Availability for your location and preferred time must be confirmed.
You do not need to choose a protocol before speaking with us. Start with where you are staying, when you would like a visit and a way to contact you. The IV Drip Rome team can then organise the next conversation.
What to include in your first message
- Your name and contact number.
- The hotel name or the area of your residence in Rome.
- Your preferred date and time.
- The service you are asking about, if you already have one in mind.
Please do not include detailed medical records, diagnoses or reports in the first WhatsApp message. The team will explain how to provide any information needed for clinical review.
What happens before the appointment is confirmed?
A qualified healthcare professional reviews the request. The team confirms whether the service can proceed, the professional, location, appointment time and total proposed price. Sending a request does not itself confirm a booking.
What if I need a visit at short notice?
For less than 24 hours’ notice, the supplement is €50. For less than 3 hours’ notice, it is €150 instead. The two supplements are not added together. The supplement does not guarantee an appointment: timing and clinical suitability still need confirmation.
Can the hotel concierge help?
Yes. Your concierge can contact us to coordinate the practical details. Updates about your request are shared with the concierge only when you authorise this.
